Empowering Awareness Through Theater : Uniting Voices Against Violence
In a one-day theater program, 196 members from 60 Mahila Mandals and various organizations across 20 panchayats engaged. Collaborative efforts by Mountain Women Development Trust and Kaladhari Sangathan ensured its success. Through powerful drama, women were sensitized to their surroundings, prevalent violence, and offered a focused platform for discussions, promoting meaningful dialogue.
Meetup
The Trust organized a Domestic Violence Survivor Orientation at Sambhavna Institute, Kandbadi, recognizing the need for a safe space for women to express themselves. The session began with a soothing song, fostering an open atmosphere. Survivors shared their experiences, with interactive activities like touching hands and a balloon game. Yoga and Music Therapy followed, offering emotional connection and entertainment.
Vanlido Program
